Meet Michael C. Tillotson
DUI defense attorney Michael C. Tillotson of Tillotson and Associates understands the importance and need to stay on top of Virginia’s ever-changing DUI laws. He frequently attends DUI seminars across the country every year. As a specialist in DUI defense, he also found it necessary to become a nationally certified breath test operator and is also NHTSA trained on field sobriety testing. In addition, he owns an Intoxilyzer 5000 machine and an Intoxilyzer S-D5, which is a preliminary breath testing device.
Attorney Tillotson is a Lifetime Member of the National Association Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a member of National College for DUI Defense as well as the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. While there, he received the Alpha Phi Signa Award for graduating with the highest grade point average in Criminal Justice Studies. Then in 1990, he went on to receive his law degree Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.
